Thermal Insulation & Cladding — what we do
We insulate hot and chilled services for industrial plants in Karachi — steam and condensate lines, chilled-water piping, process lines, ducting, tanks and vessels. Insulation is selected for the service temperature: rockwool, glass wool, PU or elastomeric, with vapour barriers on cold services.
The insulation is finished with aluminium or GI jacketing that is rolled and cut to fit elbows, tees, valves and flanges, giving a durable weather-proof finish that protects the insulation and reduces heat loss or condensation.
Our insulation teams have worked on boiler houses, utility areas and production halls during running plant conditions and shutdowns.
