HVAC Ducting & Sheet Metal — what we do
AA FABCON fabricates and installs complete HVAC ductwork for factories, pharmaceutical plants, warehouses, offices and commercial buildings across Karachi. All rectangular, round and spiral GI ducts are cut, formed and assembled in our own workshop in Landhi, so sizes, gauges and joints are controlled before material ever reaches site.
We work from your drawings or carry out a site survey and prepare shop drawings and quantity take-offs for approval. Supply, return, fresh-air and exhaust systems are built with flanged or TDC joints, with fittings, plenums, transitions, volume control dampers and access doors as required.
On site our own crews hang, seal and connect the ducting, then carry out leakage checks, air balancing and handover. Ducting can be supplied bare or with thermal insulation and aluminium / GI cladding from the same team.

Do you fabricate ducts in your own workshop?
Yes. Rectangular, round and spiral GI ducts and fittings are fabricated in our Landhi, Karachi workshop and then installed by our own site crews.
Which gauges of GI sheet do you use for ducting?
Duct gauge is selected by duct size and pressure class, typically 24 to 18 SWG galvanised sheet, or as specified by the consultant.
