AA FABCON (Private) Limited is a Karachi-based mechanical contracting firm delivering HVAC, piping, steel and civil works for industrial clients. Incorporated in 2026, the company continues the operations of AA Engineering, which has been executing industrial site work since 2015.
Our own fabrication facility in Landhi means ducts, trays, steel and piping spools are built under our supervision — no dependence on outside workshops, and no surprises when material reaches site.

Where is AA FABCON located?
Our office and fabrication workshop are in Landhi, Karachi (Moinabad, Landhi Town). We work on industrial sites across Karachi, including Korangi, Landhi, Port Qasim, SITE and Hub.
What work does AA FABCON do?
HVAC ducting, thermal insulation and cladding, process and fire-fighting piping, structural steel and PEB sheds, AHU overhauling, stainless steel fabrication, cable tray manufacturing and allied civil works.
Is AA FABCON a registered company?
Yes. AA FABCON (Private) Limited is incorporated with SECP, registered with FBR for income and sales tax, and holds a PEC constructor licence.
