AHU Overhauling & Retrofit — what we do
AA FABCON overhauls air handling units (AHUs) for pharmaceutical, food and industrial facilities in Karachi to restore airflow and cooling performance.
Typical overhaul scope includes coil cleaning and repair, replacement of filters, belts and bearings, fan and motor alignment, casing and panel repair, drain pan replacement and re-insulation. Where units are old, we carry out retrofits of panels, dampers and connecting ductwork.
Work is scheduled to minimise downtime and can be done in phases or during planned shutdowns.
